My first ever blog post!
And here what should I write? To be honest, I don’t know what to put on here for those few introductory visitors. So, this is essentially just me trying to pad my wordcount to help me get closer to 300 words. Yeah, fluff, padding, extra cushioning, fifty-three words, no wait, fifty-six now….
Ok, now that’s out of the way, I find myself spreading myself a bit thin. Why you ask, especially since this is my first post on a new site? Well for starters I’m still rounding out this MFA course and possibly entering some other avenues in the more mundane part of my life to ensure all my eggs aren’t in an artsy, fartsy, creative, basket. Not just that, I plan to slowly move over a lot of my stories on Tablo over to here along with new pieces as freebies to prospective readers. So, I gots to write, plan, and get on a schedule.
In addition, Into the Savage: Nomad’s Pursuit, is getting closer to a tangible piece for any and all out there. I’ve got some great art to show off here soon and I can’t wait to get that out there. I’ve got the first few pages on here for free post in the samples section, check it out. I hope Into the Savage will be something I can really put my best foot forward on. It’s been so long since I’ve delved into action and adventure stories, a blog post for another time I hope….
BUT THAT’S NOT IT….After the release of Into the Savage, be on the look out for two new pieces self-published by yours truly. Sinister Shapes and Symmetries: Tales of Eldritch Totality, will be a collection of my short stories both previously published and brand new. I hope you all can engage in my Lovecraftian tales. Because after that, I’ll be revealing a second manuscript for you all to check out as well! More on that later…
So, all that, this site, my Youtube channel, check it out if you haven’t, trying to start up a newsletter, and some other parts, I’m stretched as a certain hobbit once said, “like butter spread out over a piece of bread.”
